The façades are defined by a rigorous grid of slabs, columns, and recessed glazing, giving the building a strong sense of rhythm and material restraint. Through the interplay of repetition, symmetry, and subtraction, the architecture develops a clear and elegant presence, where collective living is articulated through light, openness, and spatial continuity.

The proposal moves away from the rigid image of the twentieth century administrative complex and instead proposes a more open, humanized, and contemporary expression of public architecture.
